Regulations of the promotion ”Golden Referrer”

Terms and conditions of the “Gold Referral” promotion:

1. Organizer: The program is organized by The Golden Square, headquartered in Lodz, 3 Brzeźna St., loc. 217, 90-303 Lodz, NIP: 7252266669.
2. Rules of participation: a) The referral must be for a person/company who is not a current client of The Golden Square. b) The referred client must sign a contract with The Golden Square for apartment rental management. c) The referrer must provide the name and phone number of the referred person, or the referred client must indicate that he/she is by referral and provide the name of the referrer. d) The bonus is PLN 500 gross for each apartment covered by the contract.
3. Payment of the bonus: a) The bonus will be paid within 30 days from the signing of the agreement with the referred client. b) The bonus is paid by wire transfer to the account indicated by the program participant. c) The bonus is due only for an effective referral, i.e. when the referred client signs the agreement and fulfills its conditions, including the transfer of the apartment to management.
4. Duration of the promotion: The promotion runs from January 15, 2025 to the end of February 2025.
5. Territory: The program covers apartments in all cities where The Golden Square operates, i.e., Lodz and Warsaw. a) The Golden Square reserves the right to decide not to conclude a contract with a referred customer, regardless of the reason.
6. Final provisions: a) The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations at any time. b) Any disputes arising from the implementation of these regulations shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the organizer’s headquarters. c) Personal data of program participants shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of RODO.
