Regulations of the competition

Terms and conditions of the competition “Guess how many m² this room is and win 100 PLN”.

1. competition organizer:

The organizer of the contest is Golden Square sp. z o.o., based in Lodz, 3 Brzeźna St., loc. 217, registered in the National Court Register under the number 0000721190, NIP: 7252266669.

2 Rules of participation:

To participate in the contest, you must:

1. Leave in the comments your answer to the question “How many m² is this room?”.
2. Observe our profile on TikTok or Instagram (depending on the platform on which you participate).
3. Like the contest post.

Participant requirements:

• A participant can be an individual who is at least 18 years old and has an active account on TikTok or Instagram.
• The competition is not open to employees of Golden Square sp.
  z o.o., tenants and owners of the apartment to which the contest applies, persons involved in a real estate transaction (realtors, notaries), as well as family members of the apartment owner.

3 Rules for conducting the competition:

1. The contest will be held on both TikTok and Instagram, which means that each platform has a separate winner and a separate prize (PLN 100 for each platform).
2. Only individuals, not companies, can participate in the competition.
3. Each participant can give only one answer.
   In case a participant gives several answers, only the first answer counts.

4 Criterion for determining the winner:

1. At the end of the day on December 7, 2024, the person who provides the exact number of square meters wins a prize of PLN 100.
2. If no one gives the exact number, the person whose answer is closest to the correct number wins.
3. Answers should be given to a maximum of two decimal places.
4. If more than one person provides the same number or are closest to that number, the winner is the one who added their answer first (according to the data available on TikTok/Instagram, including the web version).
   If the order cannot be determined, the prize will be divided equally among these people.

5 Award Description:

The winner on each platform (TikTok and Instagram) will receive a prize of PLN 100, which will be transferred by bank transfer.

6 Duration of the competition:

The contest lasts until 07.12.2024r. The winner will be announced on 08.12.2024. in a new post on TikTok and Instagram, depending on the platform on which the participant took part.

7 Complaints and Dispute Resolution:

All complaints regarding the contest should be submitted in writing to the e-mail address: kontakt@goldensquare.pl within 7 days from the date of the announcement of the results. The organizer will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. Decisions of the organizer in matters related to the contest are final.

8 Processing of personal data:

• The winner will be asked to provide data necessary to transfer the prize, such as name, surname, e-mail address, and bank account number.
  This data will be processed solely for the purpose of the contest and the transfer of the prize.
• The personal data of the participants will be kept for the period necessary for the execution of the contest and transfer of the prize.
  The organizer ensures that the data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
• The contest organizer informs that, in accordance with applicable laws, it may be required to issue and provide the winner with the relevant tax documents, such as PIT.

The contest is not sponsored or managed by TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. These platforms assume no responsibility for the organization of the contest, its conduct or claims related to the contest. Any questions or comments regarding the contest should be addressed directly to the organizer.
